Support can be handled in several ways. First it usually starts with a phone call or email. Depending on the severity of the issue, a service rep may be required for a personal visit. Fortunately, most of the time, answers to questions can be handled by phone or online support.
TechWare Incorporated is committed to providing the best technical support for our products that we can offer. To obtain optimal performance, follow-up care and technical support, we believe it is necessary that customers maintain Annual Support Plans in order to gain full benefit of TechWare software. Understanding that different customers have different needs, we offer our applications with and without an Annual Support Plan. We look forward to working with each of our customers to assure the smooth operation of TechWare Incorporated products.
